I love your humor! I can understand Diana's reluctance to allow circumcision. However, it does greatly matter how it is done. There is more than one style.
The brutal one is the removal of every bit of foreskin - cut it all the way so there is absolutely no foreskin left. The dick is smooth from the base all the way to the piss slit.
I've read people's posts that say that this kind of circumcision is to make jacking off harder to do. I do know guy's with this severe cutting that have had major problems as a result - infection, the crown being too tight as a result of how the foreskin was cut and other reasons.
Many males have extra foreskin that protrudes a 1/3 inch or so over and pass the piss slit. When the cutting is the least severe, only the foreskin that protrudes beyond the piss slit is removed.This is the type of circumcision I prefer. This is the kind of cutting I received.
Some males don't have that much extra foreskin. Their foreskin barely covers the head of the penis naturally. They would not need this kind of circumcision I've known of doctors who have declined to do a circumcision saying that there is no medical or other reasons to do it except of course for religious reasons.
I have all the positive aspects of being circumcised such as I don't have to move foreskin back to take a piss. I can see where a male with that extra foreskin might not get all of it out of the piss stream resulting in the male's pants looking like he had pissed his pants before he made it to the urinal.
At the same time, the least severe cutting avoids the negative aspects of being cut. I don't believe that nature meant for the head of the penis not to have some covering when the male doesn't have a hard-on or the owner was taking a piss. It exposes the head to more bacteria and other germs. The head can dry out and cause other problems.
The head being exposed can make some guys be more sensitive to the underpants rubbing the crown making erections happen more often when the guy really doesn't want it to happen.
As I mentioned earlier it also makes it very difficult for a male to masturbate without using some kind of oil or cream as the skin of the penis would be too raw with all the rubbing with a dry hand.
With the above in mind, it is possible that one or both princes had either medical or personal issues with way too much foreskin and needing or wanting some of it removed.
