I used to venture to park tearooms and highway rest stops when I was younger, but with the rise of Internet hook-up sites, it just isn't worth the time wasted waiting for a random encounter anymore. No, I've never had sex in a public bathroom. I have always valued sex too much to do it where others shit and piss. Having sex in a bathroom that has dirty floors, dirty toilets (because they ARE toilets), and that smell bad because of effluvia or restroom deodorants, where sinks and faucets are disease-transmission vectors (fomites) has never appealed to me. I hate entering a stall with either cum on the floor/toilet seat, orcum tracks on stall walls--it's like an animal leaving its spoor. I just walk away without using that stall.

I must confess that yes I have. Though she was the one who dragged me into the ladies room. a follow-up, of sorts. I asked an attorney who does a lot of LGTBQ-related representation what it costs to hire a lawyer if someone gets arrested or cited (no arrest, just given a ticket) for public-restroom sex. He says it varies lawyer-by-lawyer and state-by-state.
