A lot of guys including me have had good results with the Swanson brand. I’m using Nutricost now and it’s good too.
And what’s the difference with SAW PALMETTO? I don’t know which one to try…
My understanding after reading all the information posted in this thread is that pygeum is the key ingredient to leaking. Others stack onto this to amplify the effects or because they are trying to hack another part of their system (e.g. to get hornier, shoot farther, make their cum a different consistency or color, etc ).
I recommend starting with just the pygeum and if after a reasonable amount of time you aren't getting the anticipated results to then add to the pygeum. Something as easily obtained in a grocery store (celery seeds) can also help you leak (I periodically eat these).
I was getting them at Walmart here in the States, but discovered that Amazon had them for about 1/2 price. You may have better luck finding a pygeum only supplement - guys here seem to have good results with Swanson brand.

For how long should you take it, and for long how you stay off of it? I didn't know cycling was important. I only started taking Pygeum four weeks ago.
Are you having success with taking it? I cycle 4 weeks on 2 weeks off and keep leaking throughout the off period.

Honestly... I'm not sure. It definitely didn't make me cum less, but I was expecting one or two ropes to come out of my cock when I'm coming and that hasn't happened yet. For disclosure, the Pygeum I was taking for the past four weeks was part of this supplement called Load Boost—it's a bit too pricey so now I just got the ingredients from it in separate supplements from Amazon. I also have been doing kegels a couple times a day and drinking way more water than I used to.
Maybe my expectations were a bit unrealistic, or maybe I am coming more than usual but I don't notice since I rarely jerk off to save my load for when I get to fuck a guy around here (and I only cum inside).
I'll keep taking it for another four weeks until my current supplements are gone and then I'll take a break.
