I'm back again!

Recently I stopped all my other supplements to test and try out the "Popstar" cum load supplement. Been using it for 3 weeks and I did notice precum production increased, along with the whiteness of the cum.
However if I didn't drink as much water the previous 2 days the cumload was pretty thick. This has often been my experience with taking Pygeum is it thickens the mucus and cum production, and the only way to make it more watery is to drink more water along with taking Guaifenesin.

Checking in on your popstar results. I also started taking it. The impact to my load volume is good but probably not great, but the taste has really been impacted. It is super sweet. I am debating continuing to use it or using a cheaper option and add the flavor additive that popstar has.

I now have this same steady flow whenever I'm aroused
The effect is there even if I take a break from taking the capsules for a week or two, or lower the dose to "maintenance level" of one per day

Pretty exhausted though, has anyone else had this effect? Stomach ain’t too crash hot either — not sure if it’s a coincidence at all?

Is this the right dose? Anything else I should try? Drinking loads of water

Give it time to work as every one is different. It may take weeks for the flood gates to open if it works for you.

As for water... you want to shoot for half your body weight in ounces (e.g. if you weigh 100 pounds drink 50 oz of water).

From reading and following this thread 100-200 mg of the pygeum per day should do the trick if it is going to work for you. Don't be too quick to increase the dosage or add things to it until you are certain that the pygeum alone isn't working. Remember, you aren't pygeum deficient - you are hacking your biology to get the precum to flow.

For me, and many others, reading erotica is especially helpful to get the precum flowing. I don't have to be hard or even playing with myself...the act of reading threads here or chatting with one of the members is enough to open the tap. I also leak more in the morning than at night.

I use the Roman Prostate Health with Pygeum and it has exceeded my expectations. I get it cheap on Amazon.

I've been off supps for months, but in an effort to clean out my cupboard, I started finishing off what I had left. That seems like a large dosage to start. Many, myself included, have had success with 100mg dosage one time per day.

I started leaking on day 7. Be sure you are getting enough fluid throughout your day (for general health doc's often recommend half your body weight in ounces - a 200 lb man should have 100 ounces of fluid during the day).

I leak more in the morning and if engaged in some form of erotic reading, sexting, or responding. It doesn't matter if I'm hard or soft or stroking.

Today marks one week taking 400mg per day. Not noticeable change yet but hopeful.

Nice results, man. I was going to try POPSTAR, but then compared the ingredients and figured I can do something else, yet similar. I ended up getting semapro at like 20 bucks and added a bottle of bromine (the taste enhancer key ingredient in POPSTAR) and pygeum.
