Ok! So, I’ve blasted through the Saw Palmetto Pygeum mix and I saw a significant improvement in the volume of cum and how far I shoot. I’m bought a higher quality mix and am going to add maca root gummies. My libido has been low but I also battle depression. I went cruising a few days ago and I came four separate times with a really minimal recharge period. I didn’t have ropes of pre-cum. I wish I did.

Been following some of you guys and your advice on these supplements. I tried celery seeds, sunflower lecithin and fenugreek. So far the most effective one that increases my libido and tingly sensation on my cock is the celery seeds. The sunflower lecithin does thicken your cum, but I don't get as horny as when I was with celery seeds. The fenugreek as well isn't helping much. I did find myself more tired with the sunflower lecithin and fenugreek. Any advice on the right mix? I'm in my early 30s
Also yall if you can post your brands of supplements that would be awesome , as not every kind is available where I live
Q.. R u circumcised ? i'm circ'd and also hardly precum. some things that have helped me.. drink lots of water. Pygeum , maca, & celery lots of edging, but stop short of cumming. get right almost to the point of blasting. take a break. start up again. after a while, sometimes i get precum that's really sweet. not every time. hope this helps! e
Anyone ever tried going above their regular dosage on the label to see if it has any effect? Say the night before a big day.
Carlyle 4000mg extra strnght or a 400mg equivelent. It was the only one I could find other than Swanson. I found taking only half the capsule a day from the recommended one seems to still work for me.

Two weeks on pygeum now, taking the holy grail too and it’s making me super fucking horny. Haven’t managed to abstain longer than 2 days atm so can’t report on volume but my load has gone a bit more watery, which I don’t really mind. But noticed today I’m leaking some precum through my underwear whilst horny - previously only got a couple of drops of precum when edging for ages, so I’d say its working.

I decided to take the plunge and will continue to take pygeum until my bottle runs out. I am currently 2 weeks in. So far, the only thing I noticed was the slight urge to pee sometimes when i get horny. It mostly feels like there is something that is building up but it goes away pretty quick. I am looking forward to what the next few weeks bring! Also, I know that most people start seeing actual results after the first 2 so that is exciting!
As a side note, I am not cycling for this as I plan to just follow the OG and hopefully do 5 weeks. My plan is that when I am getting lower in my bottle, I will just lessen the amount I am taking, like throttling down my dose. Though I found something recently that said the reason why you might want to cut is due to tolerance buildup of the supplement.
