Rafael Silva

Rafael has secured a place in the 2022 Performer of the Year competition that will take place in January 2023.
From SpiolerTV:
The Reader side was nearly as close as the Staff side with Rafael L. Silva beating Patrick John Flueger by just 4 votes. This entire round was a shining example of how important each and every vote is. Rafael has been nominated many times, but this marks his first win. His performance in this episode as a loving and supportive partner just trying to understand the struggles of the man he loves gave him some wonderfully deep material to work with. This episode also allowed him a really nice range to play with from the fun side of Carlos to the deeply caring side of him. He delivered a masterful performance that earned him a well overdue win. Rafael L. Silva is SpoilerTV’s April Readers’ Choice Performer of the Month.

The problem with his kindo of series is that they don't have much to tell and they keep just repeat the same things over and over.
You’re describing every Ryan Murphy program. Often a strong premise at the opening but no idea how to sustain it over multiple seasons. The writers quickly get bored and new characters are flung still viewers to hopefully revive everyone’s interest. It’s why he does better with a limited series or anthology format. No pressure to develop characters deeply or craft a longer narrative arc that extends over more than a few episodes.

He’s not the only show creator-writer with this problem just the most glaring example. No show should go more than 4 seasons

I agree..Pose was pretty good. At least the first two seasons were. And the first episode of that 'Hollywoid' mini series. I barely watched 911 for Carlos ( even though their storyline is already screwed up to please the fangirls) - but at this point I really don't care. I know where the story is going until Ronen leaves the show. Which he will most likely. Still can't believe they made him got shot twice in the span of two seasons. I'm dead.
