Hi fellow PE enthusiasts,

Back to PE after some hiatus due to life events. Started both hanging (male hanger) and pumping (PF water pump). Need to your help to evaluate my current routine. Goal is primarily length and some girth. Could you please rate my PE routine?

-mild stretching. 5 mins
-Hanging (5 lbs now) for 20 mins for 5 conservative days.
-Post hanging 20 mins flaccid pumping (one day on/one day off)

Does it look OK? Thanks!

Your routine looks solid, but a few tweaks could help:
Stretching: Consider increasing to 10-15 min for better length gains.
Hanging: 5 lbs for 20 min is a good start, gradually increase weight or time.
Pumping: Post-hanging flaccid pumping is fine; keep pressure low (3-5Hg) and monitor PIs.
Overall it’s balanced 😉

Bro, just get in a pump and get some rubber cock rings. Don’t waste time w the rest of it (my humble opinion).
 
I agree that stretching the ligaments is preferred prior to pumping. I'm just not sure you're going to see the length increase you want as ligaments are notoriously stubborn. Stretching with resistance for less than (45) minutes may only provide temporary results.
That said, each body is different. Have fun and be safe! Listen to your body.

Well I have malehanger which says only 20 mins per day, 5 days a week hanging and gradually increase weight. Not sure I can do 45 mins or more with this type of hanging.

You use the hanger with it pulling straight down like Ben demo's or are you using it with The Hog laying down? I guess using the Male Hanger with The Hog is a new technique.
I've been told pulling straight out will add length. Flipped up on your abs will add girth.
Yet to try it with The Hog but looks effective and easier. From what I've read, The Hog can produce 20 lbs of pull
