Rate The Pussy Above You

Thanks. I'm guessing then you can download it at the Google Playstore then? I'll have to tell her about it.

That reminds me of a cat we used to have before coming down here. He used to sit in the window of our apartment looking out for us when we came from work...it's like he knew the time we'd be home. By the time we got up the stairs he'd then be waiting just inside the door crying and rubbing against us. He was mostly white with orange spots rather than black though.

Unfortunately we had him less than a year as he developed feline leukemia shortly after we moved. Still miss him along with all the rest of our furbabies that have crossed the Rainbow Bridge.

Had to disappoint the children today. We always give them a wet food treat once a week when we come back from shopping. In fact, seeing the bags come in the house is their cue and they will hound us incessantly till we finish putting everything away and give them their horsemeat.

But the shelves were completely devoid of cans today and even checking out another store on the way home...nothing. Actually for the past few weeks the shelves have only been at half capacity at least in my area, so some strange shortage of kitty food has been going on and I can't figure out why. A major recall? More people adopting cats? Really weird.

They finally forgot about it after much crying, leg rubbing and jumping on counters right in our faces as if to say "Food! Now!" Hated to see them be let down on something they expect, but maybe giving them some extra attention and kitty rubs today will make up for it (and going out tomorrow and find a can...better late than never).

i order all of my pet food through chewy.com. They deliver right to my front door and I have most of it set up on auto delivery so as i start to run low, another order is placed. Have you ever tried a service like this? It sure beats having to pick some up while im out and about running errands. Just a thought.

Actually the wife usually does use Chewy or sometimes another off Amazon for food but it's mostly for the dry since we go through so much of it what with not only the three of our own but the countless wanna-bes outside. We figured since we only give them the wet food once a week as a coming back from shopping treat, that we could just buy one can at a time and didn't anticipate this shortage that seems to be going on for some reason. Guess we'll either have to start ordering that online as well or just simply buy a few cans at once. Live & learn. But they're all quiet now and in their respective afternoon nap spots so I guess it's already been forgotten :emoji_smiley_cat:.
