Resistance Bands. Yay Or Nay?

As a lot of people said, depends what you do need.
I use some bands for specific exercises, but for a complementary routine. I think that bands are ok to exercise with the objective to stay decently fit, but can't give you big gains.
Since I have to throw hundred of hits any day, I use bands to strenghten antagonist muscles. If I had to build mass I would go for normal weights.

Anything that can activate your muscles in a different way can spur muscle growth and strengthening. But I would add it in to other workout equipment and not rely on it solely. However if it’s all you’ve got access too, you can still get complete workouts. Just do your research
