He looked basically incredible hitting a new peak of his looks during Eternals promo late 2021. I am tbh even a bit concerned for him cause his face now looks so thin, angular, withered and wax-like all of a sudden, he doesn't look healthy

He still looks good to me. Everyone who works in a marvel film has to work out to keep that type of physique. Some more than others. I remember when his costar who played Kingo got buff for his role and he looked great.
