I think it was a combination of buccal fat removal/Botox and the insanely ripped physique he got for Citadel. Certainly not just the physique though, The difference in his appearance in 1 year is crazy, you can see in his televised interviews only a year or two apart. He’s still cute though, just a less youthful vibe.

Yeah it's common for some actors to dehydrate to look more cut, but I don't think he looks "aged" in this film. He still looks about late 30s to me here (which is his actual age)
