He’s become too lean, doesn’t look healthy and natural. Is he playing a character who is/gets sick?

Did he also get buccal fat removal too?

He should go back to his old weight.

With age, you lose about a teaspoon of collagen from your face each year. The leaner he gets, the more gaunt he will look. In his youth, he could get away with being really lean and not show too much in the face.
Late thirties and the old saying face or figure comes into play.

I like him more now than 10 years ago!. He looks amazing.

Most of these big stars actually peak around 40 in terms of looks. The twink lovers will reach for their smelling salts at that claim, but they're a strange lot unless they are of the same age.
