They didn't just live together. Before Richard moved to LA they spent NYE alone in Scotland after meeting about 2 month before, Richard went to Florida to join the Flynns for a family trip, he brought Flynn to Europe for a sporting event, a yacht trip with his parents, his honorary graduation in Scotland, a solo trip to Italy, a trip with his own family to another European country, to his premiere for Rocketman. They were a couple. And after it ended friends unfollowed, Madden and family unfollowed. And Flynn wore his clothes constantly.
Richard never had "roommates" before he met Flynn, he didn't meet new male friends he suddenly was inseparable with. Even some of his most homophobic female fans see it for what it is.
Is that enough or are you determined to be obtuse?

He might not be out but anyone with half a brain can tell he's fucking those guys. If a man took a woman on multiple trips to grand, expensive locations, introduced her to his family and met hers, and she was seen around town wearing his clothes, there'd be no doubt in anyone's mind that they're a couple. Do I think a straight man and a gay man can live together completely platonically? Of course. But the fact that he went from one young pretty twink right to another is very telling in my eyes. Sure there are a few deluded homophobic fangirls who disagree but Richard would most likely despise anyway so who cares?
