They are two casual acquaintances who had the rotten luck of getting trapped alone together during lockdown in LA. And lockdown in London. And Mexico with their in laws (I mean each other's parents). And probably a variety of hotel rooms while they were working on different projects. And since they are struggling actors, they probably were forced to share a bed in all those places to conserve money.
Poor fellas can't catch a break

Don't forget they lived in Dallas, Valencia and Birminghram too because one of them was finally working and could pay the rent.

Emilia Clarke was such a good pal, letting them hole up in her condo during the early months of the pandemic to save money!
I read the rumor of Ikaris showing up in the next movie of Doctor Strange (a lot of cameos and anything can happen) also, people are saying that the sun can make him even more powerful (like Superman), we don't see him die after all. We'll see, showing up in that movie can be amazing for Richard!! His character deserves another chance, he can do so much more.

Richard was in Dallas with Froy during the first chunk of filming for MoM (Nov. 2020 to Jan. 2021) and by the time it came back from its covid hiatus for the last couple weeks of filming Citadel was already in production which means Rich would have had that dark brown dyejob instead of his natural hair. Even the reshoots in November and last month were done while Citadel was filming and were shot in Los Angeles, not London, and finished the same day Citadel wrapped. As far as the hair it's possible they could put him in a wig or CGI his hair to the right colors, but of all the rumored cameos most of them seem to be characters from other franchises or previous phases of the MCU like the characters that just appeared in No Way Home.
I though the same at first, but it doesn’t matter, could be something he shot in 2019. they make them film all kinds of things and they never know what they’ll use them for. Gwyneth Paltrow explained it in an interview once, she was in a movie she had no idea she was gonna be in, lol.
The Eternals did better than expected. It wasn’t huge not one of Marvel’s biggest. But it did solid enough and certainly wasn’t a flop.
Eternals was trending on twitter days before it come onto Disney+ and was watched by 2 million households between the 12-16. But people still like to pretend it is a failure.
Don't forget Eternals gave us the first gay superhero, black gay superhero, he's smart and strong, he has a husband and a son, and he can kiss them and tell them he loves them, and that was huge for our community after 10 years of movies. And while Richard is the straight hero (with terrible chemistry with his co star) I'm sure he and Froy are fascinated by this.

Remember the people who maintained that Black Panther and Captain Marvel were flops despite each cracking the billion dollar mark? You need look no further than the gender and skin color of the most prominent characters to understand why.
Huge for our community? Nah.
It’s progress and a stepping stone, but huge will be when an LBGT+ character is the lead in one of these films. THAT will be huge.
I was never a huge Eternals fan, but I don't recall Ikarus and Sersi being a thing in the comics. I wonder if it was just something for the movie?
I'm just waiting for them to finally bring the Young Avengers together cause that team is gay as fuck in the comics.
(that said Starlord is Bi in comics and so far no mention of that in films.)
I think we all have to remember in the MCU sometimes actors and directors have to lie. We’ve seen it happen time after time.

Yup. Sersi was mostly with Makkari (who was turned into a female in movie and now in comics) and Dane. Can't remember her with Ikaris
