I actually FEEL BAD for Rodney, because he was on his way to a promising bodybuilding future, possibly Mr. Olympia. He got caught in a HUGE steroid bust (he was a dealer), and was snitched on by guys in his bodybuilding circle that he thought were his friends (some were even customers). He went to jail for a while, and when he did, he was STRIPPED OF EVERYTHING, including his bodybuilding career. They banned him from participating. So this porn thingy was his new alternative. He was kinda FORCED into it. He already knew that the Gays liked him and capitalized from it. From there on, he just kinda got sucked in. We have multiple mutual friends.....

So it is true that he was taking steroids. I heard that story many times over the decade of his popularity but I dismissed it. I always wonder why he chose adult entertainment and I guess that's why he dived into it because he had no other choice. Shame people can be so jealous and hateful of you.

I remember this lol. He was already getting heat from the fitness community because he had just launched his website. Bodybuilders doing porn or engaging in muscle worship was still taboo at the time. I been a member of his site since he launched it lol. That entire scandal made the national news. He got fired from working at the NYCFD also.. it was right around the time he was on Maury. All that pushed him to start doing porn which he was scared to do because he had a young son.
