It's easier to put people on ignore, honestly. I probably have 20 people on my ignore list just from the Dylan Geick thread alone. I've learned that the ones coming into threads and starting drama are also the ones least likely to ever contribute anything, so not seeing their posts is no real loss.

I was speaking more generally. I agree that the OP's post was creepy, I even made a comment on the first page about how quickly this thread got started. But the one recurring theme I see on LPSG is that almost every thread devolves into bitching and arguing, people pointing fingers about who should be banned, who should be edited, etc. My suggestion was that it's way easier to block someone you have an issue with, rather than trying to hash it out over 3 pages when neither side is going to budge anyway.
If you have an issue with a post here, you report it to the admins/mods which I do constantly. Either they address it or they determine it's not a problem. But I'm not going to bang on about it ad nauseam because it serves no purpose.
