Ryan Gosling

It's been a decade since he showed skin for the last time in his movies, and now we're grtting him shirtless in gray man and in shorts for barbie :innocent:
For a "sex symbol" of sorts since his notebook/drive days, he has surprisingly shown very little skin in his past I must say. He's got a nice body too, but maybe now he's the biggest he's ever been, physique wise.

I'm sure he avoided showing skin because of CSL bandwagon, he wanted to avoid that image. And he succeded at that. But for an actor, not being seen shirtless for a decade is so weird.

Yeah! I remember seeing some pictures of him training for that Thai kickboxing movie circa early 2010s. It ended up not really being a Thai kickboxing movie (an no shirtless scenes), but he definitely trained, got really fit for it and walking around the parking lot of the boxing gym barefeet, if I remember correctly.

Even in La La Land there was a scene in bed I think, but he has his underwear on.

Yeah there were few stills from Only god forgives shooting but that was in 2012 lol that's why i said it's been a decade since he shpwed any skin...

There was a scene in bed in LLL but he had everything on, shirt, pants, even socks if i remember right lol

It seems to me oike he was really done with that and now we have two upcoming movies where he is embracing his body again

People were saying his body in the shirtless Barbie pic was touched up but looks like it was real. The biceps look real in the newest pics.
He definitely looked ripped for the part from those photos.

Though I think he has a habit of getting into shape but then not showing up in actual films. Also remembering that one super brief shower scene in Blade Runner 2049.

But finger crossed on the Gray Man. Which I have read and there should be a good shirtless scene which was prominent in the book, but not sure if they end up adapting it for the movie.

The scene in the book, is in a different context and very hot I think! But the one in the trailer looked a bit like a obligatory shirtless scene haha.

Pics?

The movie sounds so terrible that I can't be bothered to even watch the trailer.

It's at 1:04 at the Netflix trailer if you want to skip to it!

Thanks. Saw it. Looks impressive even from the side. I am guessing will look much better when we get a full shot.
