Horrible news. I'm so mad he is after money last few years instead of doing real movies. He is too talented to waste his talent. And yet we're never gonna see him in a risky role again since according to him his kids don't want serious roles.

This isn't too far afield of what he's done before. He's been part of sci-fi franchises (Blade Runner) and schlock (The Grey Man) before. My issue is the director. Levy's so fucking uninspired.

It is uninspired. Sucks since he really chose interesting projects to start out his career. Too much of a good thing probably.
Even the last blockbuster he chose to do had interesting directors. Maybe he is in full studio cash mode these days. But how much money do one really need?

He literally did say that since he is only one working and providing for his family. And he chooses movies now based on what his kids want him to see.

So no more dramatic roles, no more villains etc.
