Not all black people speak the same way and not all white or Hispanic etc. speak the same way. It has nothing to do with your race and everything to do with the environment you grow up in. He grew up around that and spoke like that his whole life.

You prove your stupidity and ignorance by glossing over the fact that blaccents are developed/rooted from AAVE, African American Vernacular English aka Black English. Guzman frequently uses AAVE in and out of his speech and it has nothing to do with being from Texas, you can have a southern accent and phrasing without using AAVE.
