I wonder if the concept of "coming out" applies to Sam. He'd be born in the early 2000s, and would have been a teen in 2015 ish. My view is that if he's gay, he's gay. There will be no "coming out" party. He'd just appear one day with a boyfriend.

It's kind of like getting covid in April 2020. You'd hide it and people would be so sympathetic and over the top cautious on the topic. If you got covid in 2022 (which I did), the general reaction was "oh ok... ".

Again, he appears to have a longtime sweetheart who is a girl. It wouldn't shock me if he turned out to be gay or bi given some of his content, but I don't see much evidence just yet.

I take the point that he’s got a GF, but so did a lot of gay guys at his age when they’re still coming to terms with their sexuality.

I'd agree. Maybe if he was born in Trump country he would still feel the need to hide but someone his age in Australia should be very liberated and not feel any pressures or taboos about just being themselves.

Sam I am pretty sure is straight. He does have some effeminate traits at times. Very animated guy, sexy voice. He is beautiful & understands that, but isn’t a prick about it. In fact, he is as down to earth as it comes! He is very gay friendly, and treats everyone well.
You can’t help but love the guy within a couple of minutes talking with him. It would not surprise me that Sam has fooled around with guys. But he is working VERY hard on his image. He is building his brand for the future & he will get HUGE money modeling and other ventures.
As far as his girlfriend, he may have one. But we honestly have seen him at Bondi & in Sydney quite a few times and he isn’t with anyone. Just a typical entourage of girls & guys.

We talked with him last time at the beach for over 20 minutes about travel, ( my partner is a Qantas pilot) and the many places he traveled to. He never mentioned once doing anything or having a girlfriend he travels with.
Sam is just a really talented, sweet guy. And he will make a great husband some day to a woman or a man.
