All right, so last spring I started doing casual PE exercises, mostly out of curiosity. I will use this thread as a log of my progress. For science!
I'm fine with my girth (6" mid-shaft, 6"1/2+ near the base), I'm mostly interested in gaining length. I started at 8"7/8 both BPSFL & BPEL, and this is the only correctly measured "before" photo I have (22.5cm is 8"7/8):
