I can’t verify all of his troubles but he’s certainly right about the grotesque rental markets across certain regions of the US. Some rents have increased by several hundred dollars up to the thousands without proper notice to tenants. It’s criminal but apparently legal.
He had a "partner"/sugar daddy helping him out who is apparently no longer paying. It's too much work to put out for it, so now he just puts up an OF to take your money when you can see him and his dick which looked better way back when and is free all over the net. Not sure I get that plan.

I think you're being way too cynical about this. Right after he tweeted that pic of himself a couple of years ago which started the whole thing, he had an OF under his real name/something close to his real name.
When asked, he talked about having kids with an ex-wife and how his then live-in girlfriend wanted kids and he didn't and it was causing friction in their relationship. The house in his current OF videos has feminine things laying around. I think that's the "partner" he's referring to. But who knows, some people don't believe anything porn actors say.
I joined his OF, if nothing else to give back a little for all the joy he gave me back in the day. He's posted JO videos, probably won't do anything more than that.

Hey, random question, but back pre-2015, there was a model that had this weird sort of uncontrollable laugh that he would do while he was getting fucked, it was a really weird thing I had never seen in a vid, but it was kind of hot becuase it was a uncontrollable response (I love those)...
