Unless I’m mistaken Patrick didn’t have much of a choice when it came to his lovely locks. His hair began to thin later in his SC days. As for him being a “better top?” Well that’s debatable. I certainly preferred seeing him as a BOTTOM mounted on a dick while watching his huge schlong and balls bounce up & down
