I’ve posted about this buffoonery multiple times. It’s pervasive in Gay porn promo stills nowadays. And I believe it’s meant to make gay men into caricatures of themselves. Unfortunately it goes beyond Sean Cody. Browse the promotional articles on Waybig and you’ll see many studios employing the “goon face” method. The people who’re in charge of green lighting these promo stills are certainly not the people who watch and consume the product.

Gabe apparently passed me by even though I was a regular SC viewer back when he would've been there... weird. Gorgeous. He has that classic clean cut Sean Cody look. Wish he'd stuck around longer but at least we got a couple of duo scenes from him (and some more on Corbin Fisher apparently). From the pre-scene interviews you'd think he'd be a shy, hesitant performer but he really gets into it.

Pretty sure this originated on the straight side. Brazzers would often employ this cartoonish acting and silly facial expressions in their ads and videos. Since Mindgeek the parent company of SC and MEN got their start on the straight side with companies like Brazzers... It's easy to see how and why this ridiculous crap got imported over to the gay side. Tragic. Lol
