Once more, I want to thank everybody who contributed so many videos from the golden times of Seancody. Just out of curiosity, I visited the site one moment ago, and among the first images I saw there was this picture:

I mean, seriously? Why do they post cartoon-like preview-pics like this? Is this supposed to be funny? I can tell you what it is not: hot, sexy, and turning me on.
10 years ago, promo pics like this would never have been posted in the first place. It's a shame what a disgrace SC has become...

Actually times are different now. Sites like Sean Cody, Corbin Fisher... cannot recruit the kind of models the did back then. Web searches can find anyone and as a result of all the crazys who contact, stalk these models cause they think that these guys will fall in love or criticize them cause their political views, outlooks are contrary to their own... who would wanna get into porn - starring in a scene if this is the result???

In SC's case, it's because they were bought by Mindgeek. Once it went from being an actual site that was run by an individual to just another website in a corporate structure, they lost the magic that made the site what it was.

I’ve posted about this buffoonery multiple times. It’s pervasive in Gay porn promo stills nowadays. And I believe it’s meant to make gay men into caricatures of themselves. Unfortunately it goes beyond Sean Cody. Browse the promotional articles on Waybig and you’ll see many studios employing the “goon face” method. The people who’re in charge of green lighting these promo stills are certainly not the people who watch and consume the product.

Gabe apparently passed me by even though I was a regular SC viewer back when he would've been there... weird. Gorgeous. He has that classic clean cut Sean Cody look. Wish he'd stuck around longer but at least we got a couple of duo scenes from him (and some more on Corbin Fisher apparently). From the pre-scene interviews you'd think he'd be a shy, hesitant performer but he really gets into it.

His scene with Blake is great. He really topped Blake well and matched his hungry bottom energy. I wish he had stayed around longer as well.

I don't understand how anyone finds the goofiness erotic or hot. I don't know if they do the same on the straight side of the business. It's just so stupid and limp dick inducing.
