at the costumer service chat. they told me it was my laptop that had a problem with SC scenes. clearly it wasn't. their footage was shit and they made people pay for the downloads. its a shame. you see it on here. their pixels move and disapear. and the quality drops a lot. I'm just glad I'm not alone that experienced it.
