It's quite obviously him. Exact same voice. Exact same front teeth. Same smile.

Those things about him going to a culinary school in Nevada are comments on the linked video, obviously left by users hoping to misdirect people.

It's kind of a shame that this kid got identified due to a minor bit of positive publicity after such a horrific event, but that doesn't change the fact that it's him.

It's definitely him, regardless I wish the kid much happiness in life
