Yeah he’s a very shallow individual. He tells us that for him a “hard days work” is a meeting in a cafe after gym and before lunch.
he also try’s to convince us to go on his shred program with him but nekminnit he’s out eating GYG or toast or something else full of carbs that wouldn’t normally feature on a shred program.
