Update to my Semen Retention Journey:
Recently I’ve been following a new protocol. One drawback I’ve heard is that semen retention is bad because of the cum buildup in your system. I’ve been doing my best to try out different methods and refine the approach for maximum sexual pleasure, discipline, and energy cycling.
I’ve come up with a new method, cycling your semen and energy. I have cycles of semen retention for 5/6/7 days and then I unload. I won’t Jo until what I call my “Milking Day”. I get so aroused that by day 2/3 I start leaking precum through the day (see pic for proof lol). Day 4 I can feel pressure and heaviness in my ballsack, perineum, and base of penis. If I focus on breath and kegels, I can trigger dry orgasms pretty easily.
During my last retention cycle, on day 5 I was able to trigger dry Os though out the entire day. Whenever I’d go to the bathroom I’d basically be having a dry O! Doing this method you really get in tune with your biology and energy. Would love to share more on my research and findings, just let me know or tag me!
