Update to my Semen Retention Journey:
Recently I’ve been following a new protocol. One drawback I’ve heard is that semen retention is bad because of the cum buildup in your system. I’ve been doing my best to try out different methods and refine the approach for maximum sexual pleasure, discipline, and energy cycling.

I’ve come up with a new method, cycling your semen and energy. I have cycles of semen retention for 5/6/7 days and then I unload. I won’t Jo until what I call my ā€œMilking Dayā€. I get so aroused that by day 2/3 I start leaking precum through the day (see pic for proof lol). Day 4 I can feel pressure and heaviness in my ballsack, perineum, and base of penis. If I focus on breath and kegels, I can trigger dry orgasms pretty easily.

During my last retention cycle, on day 5 I was able to trigger dry Os though out the entire day. Whenever I’d go to the bathroom I’d basically be having a dry O! Today was my own milking day, lol, but bruh I'm not sure if I've ever had a dry orgasm tho. Once I felt something like that when someone was touching my bulge and suckling on my nipple but there was nothing just pre cum.

I am new to semen retention but am very interested in the concept. It reminds me of a mix between edging and chastity—both of which I love! With semen retention, however, you get to jerk off or have sex as long as you don’t cum. The purpose is to learn control over your penis and learn discipline. I have gone a couple of days edging and not cumming but never for a long period of time. I plan on going 40 days with semen retention and then having a big release. To me, I like the idea of being sexually active but disciplined enough to not cum. It makes me so horny and tbh I’ll probably end up having wet dreams lmao… To top it all off, I’m supplementing for the 40 days with a special stack aimed to increase my libido, stamina, and ejaculate volume. At the end of the 40 day mark I plan to edge for hours on end and possibly work up to multiple orgasms with the help of meditation and breathing techniques (as well as an assortment of toys including an estim, milking machine, and several anal toys). I will try to provide updates as the semen retention progresses but this is the main goal—to dominate myself physically and psychologically through the intentional and continued practice of semen retention. i do this now in my 20s not as some experiement and such but just general. i love to edge and beat my meat without cumming.

i wonder if being cut helps. i have a hard time with retaining at times because of my foreskin it gets wet and slippery fast.
