If that's what you got from what I said then I don't think that would be a worthwhile conversation lmaoSuch a foolish argument. "they won't like us anyway so let's just give them more ammunition and justification". Seriously?? Smdh

No one was asking for a conversation but okay...If that's what you got from what I said then I don't think that would be a worthwhile conversation lmao
I agree with (2) and (3), but while he had "access" to the room, specific terms of such access might allow for a charge. I think the real jeopardy might involve the getting the German into the building. As you said, he had access to the room, therefore charge (1) fails. For (2), "indecent exposure", the testimony of in person, at the time of the act, "offended" witness(es) would be needed to proceed with public prosecution of that charge. Number (3) - that's a joke. This whole episode would be a waste of the Police's time.
Yup it’s all subject to interpretation (hence the investigation). You can be charged with trespassing for simply misusing a space you technically have access to (especially if you’ve brought someone with you who doesn’t have access). There are also levels of indecent exposure that don’t require a witness, just a reasonable understanding of the risk of being seen. I also doubt there will be any criminal charges but it all depends who’s pulling the strings and whether or not they care to try and make the case. The law would allow for it.As you said, he had access to the room, therefore charge (1) fails. Thanks for this. In addition to the differences in public decency laws from state to state, I think we're also talking about different things... whether charges can be brought (my point) vs. whether prosecution and conviction are possible/likely (your point). Based on the info you provided it sounds like DC has much more lenient indecency laws than NYC. Under NY Penal Law 245.00, both the intent of the perpetrator (did they expose on purpose for sexual gratification?) and the sheer possibility that another person might see the indecency (public space, available lines of sight, etc.) are enough for the city/state to press charges without direct observation. Good thing he's in DC I guess. LOL!Re: the bolded statement: I disagree as an eyewitness has to report and testify to a complaint in order to have a case of indecent exposure successfully prosecuted.
7 Things You Must Know About Indecent Exposure Under PC 314
"California Penal Code Section 314 /California’s law on indecent exposure defines the offense as willful exposure of one’s genitals to another person, for the purpose of either gratifying oneself or offending the other person."
Likewise eyewitness testimony is also essential in order to obtain convictions under Washington DC statute 22-1312. The offender, in this instance, faces a misdemeanor charge - with a $500 maximum fine or 90 days in prison upon conviction.
Code of the District of Columbia
§ 22–1312. Lewd, indecent, or obscene acts
Yeah, his cock was nice. Nice and thick and meaty and uncut too. A primo euro cock.So how about that top? Anymore pictures or videos of him? If I was interested in anything else about this I would go to a legitimate news source. Now please find me more of this cock. Thank you.
If he was the one that got Aidan into the extremely promiscuous ways it appears he was in then I think I’d just gotta disagree. I already mentioned my inkling about this and how with the massive maturity and experience gap, the situation gives me the ick.
Please. Aiden is 24 and was a slut long before he met the German. If he was the one that got Aidan into the extremely promiscuous ways it appears he was in then I think I’d just gotta disagree. They let Trump in and he's German stock!I agree with (2) and (3), but while he had "access" to the room, specific terms of such access might allow for a charge. I think the real jeopardy might involve the getting the German into the building.
However, I doubt there will be a trial, let alone any imprisionment.
Trump does not have a big sausage. They let Trump in and he's German stock!
Getting into that building is not a big deal with a Senate badge. It's not the main Capitol building. It would not be a particularly big deal for Georg to get into that building accompanied by a Senate staffer.I agree with (2) and (3), but while he had "access" to the room, specific terms of such access might allow for a charge.
