Is it becoming more common to see guys pull down their pants and underwear like this while standing at a urinal? Does anyone do this except when joking around with his friends? I'll admit that it is a more comfortable and convenient way to piss. I do it all the time when in private, but it takes some guts to go bare-ass in a public restroom.

I want to start a campaign against all these little walls going up between urinals. Used to be they were rare. Now they're going up everywhere - every time a men's room gets renovated, up go the cruise-proofers.

It's very strange - because, in the UK, the opposite is true. After a drive (from about the 1980s) to replace trough urinals with individual ones with dividers, it is now more common to find them installed without dividers - presumably dispensed with on cost. It has pros and cons - some guys enjoy being able to flash their tackle easier, whilst shyer guys find them unpleasant.

I just put my junk on full display by accident at the urinal the other day. At petrol stations in Thailand there usually are advertisement bills posted just above the urinals. I don't remember specifically what the advertisement was for but I was somehow reading it as I was approaching the urinal. Still concentrating on what I was reading I engaged autopilot and unbuckled my belt, unzipped, and whipped it out. I read on and pissed on until I noticed a this guy on my right hand side at the corner of my eye. I know he's staring at me and I wasn't sure why. So when I actually turned to face him he turned away and acted as if nothing had happened. I then looked down to finish my business only to find out that I stood far enough from the urinal that anyone could've seen everything. If that guy was into peeking he didn't have to try very hard.

There are several sanitation companies here in California that have added street urinals to their product line of equipment for hire. Although I have seen photos and and one video of the urinals in use here in San Diego, I have yet to encounter one that I can try out myself. There is obviously a certain restroom etiquette about selecting the right vacant urinal and not standing too close to others. Does anyone ever deliberately violate the urinal code and purposely choose the urinal close to another guy?

I sometimes take the center urinal on purpose which forces other guys to make the decision to piss next to me.

And sometimes when pissing with acquaintances we we'll purposely stand next to each other and chat while pissing. That seems only natural. In fact, it would seem weird to purposely stand apart from each other under those circumstances.

I purposely stand next to a pisser even if other urinals are free.
