So I have a 9” x 2” tube. The inside diameter of 2” which is 6.28” of circumference.
Today I did my length training and got it up to 8.5” in length and the 6.28” of girth (which is my typical situation). I did 2 sets of 10 minutes. Then i wanted to try something new; I kept it on for 20 more minutes at very low vacuum for some girth training.
