Songs That Make You Cry

Anyone here know Tom Prasada-Rao?

Tom recently wrote this and so many others have already covered it.
It is folk as protest and framing history

Very little, tbh, although after my first Burning Man, having insane experiences 24/7 and not having slept for a week... my mate and I were driving through the night to get the RV back to Vegas and we stopped after dawn somewhere in the desert got out for a pee and a smoke.

From the radio, the sound of the dour UK national anthem came on. It jarred me, deeply. I was so incredibly tired and far from home and the sound of this tune that I have no interest in otherwise...

I just burst into tears.

:joy::joy::joy:

I think this does it because it reminds me of how little I have of it.

But in all seriousness...while this song might not necessarily bring tears, but still never fails to make me very emotionally sad and depressed; mostly because it is one of the best to highlight our needless wars and how much better we could be if we really thought about their true effect on others.

I buried my wife last Friday (11th) and this just summs her up. One day the tears will stop.

Concrete Blonde's version of Tomorrow Wendy has been posted, thought this would be a good place to park the original duet from
Wall of Voodoo's Andy Prieboy and Johnette Napolitano.
