Hey lads. Curious to hear everyone’s experience once they stopped taking creatine? Been working out consistently for some time now and noticed an extra bulk after creatine. Thinking it’s time to cut it out but curious to hear body changes that may come. Thanks!

I'm average built but I didn't see much difference after taking creatine for months. When I stopped physically not much difference for me, I was able to do the same kg and rep. But when I stopped with creatine my brain went all fuzzy, my attention span decreased very quickly.

I’m aprehensive to quit. I don’t think my fitness will drop off a cliff, but it works for me. Maybe if i had to get on stage for physique or bodybuilding it might help to lean that extra .5% bodyfat that is the difference between winning and not placing?

Yeah im on the same boat. Have increased in size forsure so im not sure if I’ll lose the wrong mass if i stop. I’ve read different stories so was curious to hear how others go about creatine. Thanks!

Don’t stop taking it. Creatine has been shown to be better for brain health than any other supplement out there. Everyone should be taking it whether or not they want to do it for weightlifting. Google creatine and brain health.
Thanks man. Been taking it consistently but wasn’t sure if after a while the body reaches a limit. Appreciate you!
