This was from a cam4 show a long time ago, and the one on the left constantly brought on boys and made out with them or made them jerkoff together. What you're seeing here is a boy who he was actually very interested in and they sucked each other off and the one on the right came in the one on the left's mouth and he swallowed.
However, the users that we're in the room apparently managed to find out who the boy on the right was and started posting stuff about him doing this and it caused the two of them a lot of trouble resulting in the one on the left not camming anymore. He was super upset about it too and I remember feeling so bad because I think they both really liked each other.
