Yeah it happened to me during college with a straight fwb and til today with a straight married coworker. Like you said most guys just really want some relief either their gf/wife doesnt give them bj, stressed at work or less sex and doesnt want put any dramatic situation like having an affair to another woman,etc. It is always kept as secret with no strings attached too for the best.
