I noticed his reaction and I honestly think he was just uncomfortable. They feel the same way during the straight sex scenes. Not everyone is into that, especially when you're watching stuff with a group of people. It always gets awkward.

Welp, today's Game of Thrones reaction featured an intimate gay scene, and Cannon looked PISSED.
If you watch his face closely I mean I can’t say for sure but to me I got vibes that he was more wanting to watch it and sort of into it but felt uncomfortable that he felt that way so he felt the need to overly express his disgust.

I’ve traded BJ’s with mannnnny straight boys just like that. “EWWW THATS GAY!” anytime something even remotely bit hetero happens around them. I’m not saying all homophobes are that way just that some people who express disgust towards anything gay sometimes are just projecting their feelings towards themselves for being sort of curious or actually just straight up into it. Or even projecting what they think other people feel about it so they can fit in and not get clocked for being sort of curious.

I also could just be saying that because he reminds me of one of my long time booty calls who was a childhood friend that I grew up f*cking around with. When we got to high school we grew apart and he definitely was the type to be like “ewww look guys see I think gay is gross m…everyone look I said that so you think I’m straight right?” lol but was a bigger cock whore than the actual gay dudes I hook up with even now.

So I don’t judge him for being that way in this reaction. Though he probably is just a homophobe beings that that’s how the Mormon church is. Magic underwear, homophobia, if I stick it in and don’t move it doesn’t count right?, no drugs not even caffeine so they’re obsessed with sweets, with some racism sprinkled in even though they no longer teach that black people are black because their souls didnt side with god in the battle with satan before being sent to earth, along with many other wild things.

So even if you were gay and grew up in the Mormon church in a small area. Most likely you’d repress that because of how everyone views gay people around them. So it’s kind of sad.

Not sure what’s worse him being slightly closeted/curious/etc and projecting…or just straight up homophobic.

When a commenter accused him of being homophobic, they actually answered with this:
"Go watch our episode 2 reaction. We weren’t a fan of the sexual scenes in that either"

That said, he did look not just uncomfortable, but disapproving. Anyway, it's not like most of us here will ever see them in person, much less have sex with them, so... whatever

The second is worse, cause there's little hope for a change. In the first case, the closeted guy is actually interested in overstepping his prejudices, since he wants to belong to that world. Pure homophobes, however, generally feel very comfortable being homophobes and see no good reason why their rhetoric could require adjustment
