Having visited many naturist beaches and some saunas and sports facilities with open showers all over Europe I would say circumcision is more common than many think. Still very much a minority and tends to be slightly older guys but more younger these days, particularly from Germany for some reason.

In Germany there are many Muslims.

Not many Muslims use naturist beaches. Modesty is a big part of the culture and without wanting to make assumptions I don’t think many of those I have observed in open showers etc are Muslim. The UK also has a high proportion of Muslim people in many places but again I don’t think these are the people I’m observing. There may be more awareness of circumcision among younger people that have grown up and gone to school with Muslim boys and that could be having an influence or it may be that a lot of porn is American and many of the men are cut. Not a judgement just an observation.

Circumcision or retracting the foreskin is just common among nudists in general. Especially in Germany where nudism is most common in the east, you wont find anyone who got circumcised as a kid for any reasons, because it was looked down upon. You also can't take one specific group of people who already fetishise nudity and their body as a "typical slice of a population". It's like saying porn stars of a country represent how normal men of said nation would look like.

Yes, maybe some men that retract the foreskin can mistake for cut.
