Or both? Couples celebrate birthdays all the time and who knows? Maybe it could be a discreet confirmation. Besides I doubt Runssm is straight, he's a go go dancer that dances near nude if not nude already, he shows his ass, and he's also done pretty lewd pics with other guys, like being nude chained in a prison cell and he also has a pic nude on a bike looking like he's arresting another guy. If he's not gay he's either bisexual or probably just one of those guys who never disclose their sexuality.
