Swim trunks… With or without underwear?

Time to rock the speedo bud! I have lots of pics in my album...
I wear speedos when lap swimming. Wear a 5" mesh lined suit otherwise. Sometimes wear long dorkshorts and put on underwear under them cause they have no liner.

I wear gym shorts no underwear when I swim and I take off my gym shorts in the water and put them on the boat until I am ready to go back home.

I prefer to wear my Skinzwear swim briefs. They are more comfortable to wear and dry off much faster than truck. But unfortunately I can only really wear them at Fire Island. I wish people would get over it already...

Unless you are swimming in the tropics or in a heated pool the water is generally 20 or more degrees cooler than your 98.7 degree body temperature which causes shrinkage so you might rather they not see it because 8incheslong is gonna look more like 4incheslong when you get out the 75 degree water.

I wore underwear in a hotel swimming pool one time. That night I was in Oklahoma City and the next be in basic training. Well, they were see through and the guys I was with noticed it about five to 10 mins into a game of volleyball
And when I jumped up out of the water they noticed. So, I said fucked it and took them off and was naked the rest of the time at the pool left with a towel on.

I understand that. Try swimming in water where the air temperature is about 40° F

I wear board shorts. Some, like my white ones, have a lining to keep them from being see-through, but none have the mesh underwear lining. When I'm with my family and friends, I wear really tight underwear to make it look like Ken down there. If I'm swimming with a date, odds are we aren't in swimsuits at all, but I'll go commando in my board shorts if the situation requires us to show a little more restraint.

I wore white boxers in a hotel swimming pool the night before I went to basic training. I thought they were thick enough. Five minutes of play volleyball in the pool a guy from the other team noticed how see through they were. So took them off and so did about 5 other guys too. We 5 to 6 played the rest of the time naked.

I can see that swimming in the ocean. I have learn about that the hard way in GA. Never surfed but I did swim in that rough waves.

Get trunks that have mesh lining. It will help you keep your equipment in place and preserve modesty on family friendly beaches. You really don't want to attract unwanted attention.

Most boardshorts for surfing don't have a mesh lining. Speedo undrneath keeps my junk from flopping around.

I'm not the best person to ask since I freeball 100% of the time, it doesn't matter what attire I am wearing. As others have said, I don't care if people notice or not, I do what I do because I am comfortable not wearing underwear ever. Naturally I am careful to be less obvious depending on who is around.
