1) tinyprincess has responded to me publicly in this thread stating that it was her intent to create a 9" thread at some point. I have requested she initiate that thread at several points over the last few months urging her to do so in a playful manner. I have not "rudely demanded" that she do anything in the longer familiar context of the subject.
2) It is my belief that the format for this thread, including her initiation and control of the parameters of it, is necessary for the continuation of the branded theme and attention level on the associated topic.
3) I have never stated nor implied that tinyprincess put up any money, certainly not $10,000, for the 9" thread. I have actually recommended a drastic change in amount to an outright retraction of prize money for the 9" thread to her in the past in this 10" thread so maybe the noobytunes white knights in here just aren't familiar with that history.
4) Work on your reading comprehension and stop putting words in my mouth which you do to act offended to prop me up as a bannable strawman. Just stop it. Stop being a hurtass whiteknight bitch trying to twist minor social friction into "literally Hitler". It's embarrassing seeing you try this.

No rhyme or reason. I think a lot of guys can stretch their flaccid further
Stretched flaccid and erect correlate but are not the same. Either can be bigger than the other (ofc for some they can be equal).
I've read some medical/scientific sources stating that flaccid stretched measurement correlates closely enough to be used instead of erect measurement for survey purposes. Closely enough is undefined. In my personal experience it can be about 1/4 to 1/2" different and depends upon the usual variables.

I guess flaccid stretched is used as a less embarrassing indicator of erect length. For all osrtipa I guess.
