Well, I'm not even close to being a contender for this contest, but my point is that inches, 10 inches, centimeters, 25.4 centimeters, or 25.0 centimeters are all arbitrary in that biological systems do not correlate to our standards of measure, so the search for a 10 inch penis is about as silly as the search for a 24 inch foot. The biological systems we are measuring existed long before our standards of measurement, and the only reason why 10 inches is a meaningful number in this contest is because of how bad people are at measuring things, or how misleading they are to others about their own bodies.
