To be more accurate, you'd need to place the ruler lower on your pubic area until it is flat against your penis dorsal side so that you cannot get a thumb under it. If that takes off a cm or two, that is fine. Even in that case, you still are very large, and it can be used to demonstrate how details in measuring can matter.
Why are you sticking the ruler end so far up your groin? The resulting downward angle really skews the measurement, you're a decent size but nowhere near what you claim to be, sorry. Can you please stop now unless you're going to measure correctly.

Would be cool to see what you measure done properly.
Considering no one's been able to claim 10", you should also recognise this means that the biggest size is probably closer to 9", which you're pushing towards. No ruler tricks needed. It's not the rule for this thread but you're not making that anyway and it might be useful reference for the thread to just have a proven very-large legit measurement of any kind. At least more useful than anything in the past 100 pages of discussion
