Problem is, girth is not typically measured in penis size studies because clinicians stick to the flawed, flaccid stretched method. We really don’t know what the mean girth is.

Frankly, these stats are generalisations or idealised typologies that haven't a proper evidence base. Is there any info on sample size? Also, what is a 'Canadian' or a "South African', given that these countries are ethnically heterogenous rather than homogenous? Unlike the Congo, for instance, which is fundamentally homogenous and therefore more representative. Having spent a lot of time in Le Jardin and the Limelight on Stanley in the 70s, I experienced cocks of all sizes and ethnicities but I would hard pushed to arrive at a standardised figure. But, of course, I bow down to your superior knowledge on Indians and other Asians.
