If you've not seen it, prolly one of the last times he was interviewed, google Hedda Hoppers Hollywood I believe is the title, a TV special early 60's, think it's on Youtube. (she interview all 3 Ben Hurs both silent versions and the latest (at the time)

I went to save the tub image and saw the names in the file title......wtf the blonde is Roger Moore?! The movie Gold of the 7 Saints was released 1961, so he's probably 33 or 34 here, looks quite a bit younger, but perhaps that's because he's basically sitting in Clint's lap lol.
Also, off topic, but looking at that gif above where Clint is blinking.....he would have been excellent casting as Gaston from Beauty and the Beast in the live action movie

I know 3 nude photos of Errol that are really real, the one you posted is really him nude, it's not fake, the other 2 that I know unfortunately are censored, but they're super sharp
