I saw someone asked Drew in his insta if he and Adam broke up. That’s how I knew about their past.
But everyone became suspicious after Drew posted story of him walking Nash alone. Around this time Troye and Jacob unfollowed each other (I suspect Troye blocked Jacob as all Jacob’s likes and tags disappeared). Also Troye posted story with photo of Drew back in March with “HBD special” or something similar.
But the most sus thing is that Adam and Troye followed each other and Adam liked Troye’s photos but recently they unfollowed each other (some time after Drew’s story with Nash) and Adam’s recent likes are gone

So Adam and drew were together for a really long time. Almost five to seven years I would say! Like a really really long time. The last time they posted a picture together was in Jan according to Drew's insta, and fun fact - Troye commented a whole bunch of red hearts on that photo lol!
I still don't think they're together tbh but really good friends probably because I recall the same birthday post you mentioned about, and I also remember seeing posts from mutual friends of theirs of all of them (Adam, drew and Troye) hanging out together with other people
