The "hearts" he had were taken away during a cutscene in the beginning of the game. You start with 3 hearts.
He will die. Probably multiple times once he is done with this very early tutorial.

Yeah 3 pairs the socks, no doubt 3 shirts and the sweater, damn Tubbo played that game for 1 hours got bored fast then streamed for 5 in a half hours on the alt account.
Tbf, he had already been playing something else before Zelda, probably just played it a bit to see if he was still interested in the game, doubt he expected to die over 7 times in 1h during a tutorial.
