Toby learned about the wikifeet thing from someone (probably a friend or another cc) he was hanging out with at a bar (he himself said so), and since then he keeps joking about it since its probably just silly for him and probably because he just doesn't really care, its normal for people who don't have those interests to either find it disgusting or just humorous.
