Two Words No Longer Allowed To Be Used To Describe Trans People

The unfortunate thing about things such as this, is the the younger generations will find a term "offensive" while the older ones don't. But as usual, the older generation has to capitulate and allow the younger generation to tell us how to behave, and what we can do, or else we are bad people. When I was young, "queer" was considered a slur, and I still consider it one. At it's root, it means "Strange, or odd"... while "gay" meant happy. It had a more positive connotation, that's why we started using it in the gay community in the 70's. But "queer" is now a hip term for the youngsters, so we just have to swallow our feelings and deal with it. Because in society in general, youth is always supported, and us older people are always thrown away and not given consideration. I've always had the idea of taking things how they are meant. If it's meant as a slur, then be offended, if it's a British person saying "fag" when referring to a cigarette, then don't be offended. Another unfortunate side effect, is that now on social media men who are discussing automotive repairs are not able to use the slang term for "Transmission" that they have used for decades. Lady Bunny can't refer to one of her shows from 30 years ago, because it contains that word. So in a nutshell, the young generation gets to police us in society, and then ignore us.... so we just sit alone in our chairs, think about how our lives used to be, and wait to die.

Cell phones and U tube has corrupted the younger set , most don't know weather to piss or cig em.
But they always seem to know when there right lolololol to me now , here in the USA worst thing that ever happened was getting rid of the draft ,, a size 13 combat boot up their asses will straighten them out ,, people who ever they are should not be put in to categories , or have labels put on them ,, but that's just my opinion
