Ultimately, no one really knows the dimensions of anyone else’s sexuality, their experiences with fluidity or paraphiliacs, their preferences, their struggles, their motivations, their insecurities, where they are in the gender, sexual, affection, romantic, emotion, commitment spectrum. So, let’s not have another conversation about someone’s supposed “sexuality.”
What I will say is that people need to realize that “bating” isn’t only something that entirely, thoroughly “straight” and hetero people can do. If you are expressing your “queerness” primarily for attention, buzz, money then that’s a form baiting and exploiting. While it’s always gonna be problematic and awkward to publicly step away from a “straight” image in the midst of promoting an OnlyFans. No doubt that he felt inclined to publicly attach to “queerness”/pan-sexuality/fluidity to whatever degree because of opening up an OnlyFans. And now, he’s moved away from that now that he is no longer focused on OnlyFans.
There’s a lot more to criticize when it comes to the handling of his OF: the ridiculous prices for mostly PG-13 content, the spamming and the reselling of old content as new content, people on his team pretending to be him while interacting with his subscribers, using porn performers/sex workers for promo then saying you’re above sex work, claiming that your OF is about your art and “connecting with fans” when it clearly was not about that. There’s no reason to be that upset with him, especially when you consider all his possible struggles. But let’s also not be delusional and pretend that certain things aren’t reality.
